This is by far the most unclean place Ive ever stayed at. The smell was terrible. Grease and grime on refrigerator and stove, spills on wall, chair, and doors. Could hear noise from all rooms around you.

The location is very close to the hospital and so it was very convenient to stay there while my daughter was in the hospital. The room was a good size with plenty of room and had a kitchenette.

Room dirty. Room had Roaches. Each floor had a trash room' our floor trash was full and stank up the entire floor. @ checkin the clerk took a broom to Room thought there may be dog food on floor(no housekeeping?)Another room had stopped toilet. Sent tool

Dirty. Elevator floor was filthy. Changed rooms because bed spread was dirty. Counter tops had not been wiped. The toilet kept running. Second room, counters again were not wiped down. But that room overall was better.

The guy who works first shift is a jerk. Charged us more money for our room after we paid online. Staff at front desk is rude and not helpful at all.

We were bumped out of a king despite checking in ten minutes after 3. They said it was a queen but more like a double. They stuck us in a room right by laundry and so it was extra noisy and the hot water would go cold when laundry kicked in. So no shower
