Comfortable bed, ample room, A/C worked well. Quick check in.

The tiniest soap I have ever seen,about the size of a quarter. $100 deposit, been traveling for 10 day have not had to do that.Got a bowl of cereal for breakfast they had no milk.Tried a sausage one bite it was way too spicy.

Went to indoor pool around 6pm March 15. The filtration system was turned off the evening. My daughter and I did not swim because the water did not look clean. We select hotel based on the location and the availability of swimming pool =).

The rooms look just as they are advertised. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast is wonderful.
Negatives:
I think they need more than one person preparing food for the breakfast. The staff did a great job but I felt she could have used some help because she was constantly trying keep up with the demand of food needed.

The bedding was soft and clean. Lots of channels on tv and nice couch. Breakfast was really good: Eggs bacon hash browns Raisin Bran cereal all were better than a lot of the places I have stayed and I travel 3 or 4 times a month and stay at different hote

Leaving. Went to have a girls nigh with my daughter to celebrate her accomplishment and decided we would pick something different. It said it was by the airport, which its not in the airport area and upon arrival we were greeted with a total disaster.
Negatives:
Very dirty, hot tub not working when told it was. Smelled of mildew and mold so we had to go to the store and purchase a purifier and Lysol, etc.

They did not have a hot tub as advertised and took a cold shower as there was no hit water Luke warm at the end of show and that was after letting it run for 5 minutes before starting the shower

I paid on priceless gave my card for incidentals they ended up charging me 250+ extra and when I call the tell me I have to dispute everything with the bank and staff did not sound happy to talk to me or to resolve the issue they were very rude

The breakfast was excellent!

The spa in the pool area was closed (it had no water and was covered with boards). I chose this hotel over others because I knew after nine hours in a car I wanted to relax in a hot tub. No one mentioned it at check-in, so I put on my suit and headed down and had to turn around and go back.

Hot tub shown on website, yet they don't utilize it anymore. Exactly why I chose this one instead of another. Went Down for breakfast at 8:40 Sunday morning. Out of hot items and still not refilled 30 min later. They ran debit card twice for room plus the deposit. So one room chg posted and other one plus deposit " on hold" from our bank acct for 6 days. Will never go there again!!
