Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
Location and. She was so great and was handling so many things on her own. We also obtained a full bedding package for the pull-out sofa bed; sheets, pillow and blanket. The other hotel we were at previously offered only one flat sheet.
Negatives:
The flap in the toilet tank would not seal, therefore constantly losing water causing the tank to try and refill over and over. The hotel itself, while clean, is in need of serious upgrading. The stove hood had built up grease.

The breakfast was a slight disappointment. There was hot water for instant oatmeal. Otherwise, it was granola bars and coffee. Also, the sink faucet was just a slow flow rate.

The manager! When I had problems, 1st room was filthy, 2nd room curtain was pulled off the track, she personally cleaned a room for me

They can't keep or don't have housekeeping, the rooms are dirty and the long term residents do not make you feel safe, smell of pot through out the building, cars broken down , windows of cars busted out, if not for the mngr I would not stay.

The front desk clerk was very nice and politely. Very helpful as well. No complaints with the service I received upon arriving at the hotel. Nice area. Over all nice hotel.

The bathroom was not cleaned. Had hair everywhere in the sink and on the towels. So the housekeeper , did not clean like they were suppose too. Made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. But the sheets appeared to be clean.

It was so dirty. Elevator smelled like weed. Extremely thin walls. Could hear everything above us.

Except for one late/overnight female at the front desk, every single employee I encountered from the front desk, the managers, the cleaning staff, and the maintenance workers, they were such pleasant, helpful people.
Negatives:
It would have been nice during the hot and humid Wichita summer if there would have been a pool or an agreement with the neighboring property to use their pool. That is all I would change.

They wouldn't honor the price the hotels under construction I found drugs in my room I will never in a million years stay here again

hotel was not clean, found evidence of someone shaving at sink (hairs that were not obvious until looked at closely) and overall place felt dirty.

It was quiet. Great location. Great staff.
Negatives:
It was kinda dirty. Bathtub had lots of long hairs in it. Dropped something on floor and caught a look under bed and it was filthy gross. Along the wall on the floor was dirty.

My room was very large and I had everything I was seeking: pet friendly, kitchenette, location. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful with an issue I had upon check-in.
Negatives:
The carpet around the window/air conditioner extending to under the bed was wet and made the room smell super mildewy. There was a couch and and arm chair I was nervous to sit on and covered them with towels before I did. A bunch of people (other guests) were hanging out in the middle of the parking pretty late drinking and smoking making it hard to sleep.

Kitchen area was clean and convenient. Water pressure for shower was great.
Negatives:
Hallway and room smelled of both cigarette and marijuana. It was very loud when doors opened and closed. The walls also shook when doors were used. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Horribly inconvenient to not have an ice machine anywhere.
