The staff was amazing. The evening clerk just brightened my day after a long day of nasty weather traveling. She was very friendly and quite pretty also. The morning clerk was very informative and directed people on how to leave with the road closed.
Negatives:
wasn't thrilled about the way the bed looked when I walked in but it was comfortable enough. It just looked like two people had been laying on it but they were just signs of a well-used matress.
