Negatives: The pool times are 10am to 9pm.. it's not advertised... they need to be...

Negatives: Bathroom was dirty. Air conditioner didn't work properly.

Negatives: Couldn’t shut the blinds, so it was very bright all night long. Trains going by were loud. Air conditioner was loud. Bathtub and walls were pealing. The breakfast offerings were very minimal.

Negatives: Breakfast not good! No eggs or meat. Need protein in the am. NOT just sugar!!

Negatives: Staff came into my room while I was in the shower at check out time even though I had the room booked for another night I had no remote the tub was gross I actually bought cleaner and cleaned it myself only had 1 face towel and there was a horrible smell in the hallways

Negatives: That the breakfast wasn’t provided like stated Customer service The room we were provided wasn’t the best . The electricity went off twice while there / yes they had a generator kick in but why was this even happening .

Negatives: Very dirty! Staff never said hi unless we said it first. Breakfast was just carbs. They should also offer eggs, and maybe sausage and/or bacon. I picked a hotel only on location & free breakfast, and I only ate once because I didn't want waffles & cereal.

Negatives: Checking in this motel 6 was the worst mistake ever. 10 reason why not to book. 1- requested no room service and was told no we couldn’t do that, that we had to leave for the room to be cleaned. I advised them that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving belongings unattended( can’t trust anyone now and days) 2- if you have service animals do not choose this hotel!!! 3- after 4 no laundry, can not request wash rags, towels. etc.. they will tell you they don’t have access to laundry. 4- the manager will come and wake you up just to tell you the animals can’t be left unattended (I signed a form, I KNOW THIS) and also to inform you, we need to leave so house keeping can come and clean WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING! 5- beds will kill your back. 6- when you shower water pours out into the floor, because the curtains are so thin they don’t stay- with that being said there was mold in the corners of the bath tub. 7- Pot smoking does take place here so if you want a second hand high. - go ahead and request your stay. 8 -was told we wouldn’t have any issues and concerns over service animal- license &registration of the animal was shown. Still had issues 9- ever time you flushed the toilet is smelled like backwash of a sewer tank. 10- overall this place was not clean, not well maintained, and very rude people. Save your self some time, and find somewhere else to book. There are bed bugs, and roaches here, learned that as we was leaving. Our room did not have them, was checks before bring out items into the room.
