Location is great. It's a short 15 minute drive to the expo center, plenty of options for eating in the surrounding area.
Negatives:
Made a room up grade & had an issue with the new room we checked into but was quickly handled after informing the front desk of those couple things. they made the corrections that i requested before we had returned so it turned out to be an enjoyable stay.

The evening desk attendant was very pleasant. The woman in the morning when we got coffee before we left, looked miserable and refused to say anything to us. In fact, she wouldn’t even look at us.

I left my glasses in my room. I have contacted this hotel five different times at least! I have asked them to send them to me, I will pay for shipping! I have been told repeatedly that I cannot have them sent to me that they are not allowed to send them to me! That I will need to come back and pick them up I am traveling for months I will not even be back in that area! Every time I call the manager is not in I can't even leave a message for the manager. I'm very very disappointed they are prescription pair of glasses that I need!

A/C wasn't working properly. There was a bug crawling along the top of the walls. The bathroom sink had issues with drainage. There was so much noise since it was right next to the interstate and the walls were paper thin.

The door rubbed the floor and was very difficult to open. The toilet was absolutely disgusting, covered in pee and hair. The TV had no remote and the screen was messed up.
