The door wouldn't close right and all night long it sounded like people was jiggling are door knobs also they steal your deposit and accuse you of smoking cigarettes in there room when you clearly didn't it smelled funky when we got there....so they basically took 100 bucks from me...highly wouldn't recommend staying here red roof inn roach motel would have been alot better than this and treated better ridiculous

Positives:
Great access to expressway, price reasonable for my large family. Staff was nice. Rooms were clean and bathroom was separate from the sleeping area.
Negatives:
I thought I ordered a handicapped room, but was assigned a second floor room. No elevator and mother with walker had to climb the stairs. Under construction and looked it. Breakfast options were slim but fine enough. Outdoor Pool was not open.

The location was good.

The hotel was under construction. If we knew that we would have went somewhere else. The bathroom door paint was peeling. And the shower had dried toothpaste still on the wall.
We also found a needle in the room by the window. I took it to the desk and the guy didn't give us a new room or nothing. Also when we got there the guy working was rude.

I stayed at this hotel 2 yrs ago and it was under construction but still had good, friendly customer service, breakfast bar was reasonable. This time however was completely different. The 1 ice machine in the entire hotel was broken and they didn't seem to have any urgent plans to fix it, the breakfast bar was just a continental breakfast... barely. The bathroom was dirty and had urine stains around the base of the toilet, the TV had 1 HBO channel listed but it was disconnected so entertainment was extremely limited. There are no restaurants close to this location. I will never stay here again since every hotel comparable in price is better than this one.
