Between Tuesday, Apr 23rd, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: What I liked was that the location wasnt fair from where I had to go & the older man at guest services was very welcoming !

Negatives: All the staff at the hotel ( except the guy at guest services was rude ) . We got our keys headed to the room and made it in . We cleaned the room sprayed everything down and wiped everything down . We got ready for our event and left .. that night we got Back the toilet wasnt working and one of the comforters was dirty !! Yellow && brown stains on the sheet we called front desk . He fixed the toilet, but the comforter he said he wasnt qualified to change the sheets on the bed . I said well I aint either . Im paying to sleep here and everything was suppose to be ready . He said he was sorry and left . He was nice , but the lady at check out was very rude & racist towards us .she used a racial slur towards us talking to the cleaning lady that cleaned our room . These her are the ones that said that the comforter was dirty . The cleaning lady looking around the corner tryna see who we was . Then she asked was the comforter still up there . What kinda question is that?? You know its still up there . We must was gone steal the comforter off the bed or something ? Thats crazy . I said of course its still up there . I mean its yalls . She didnt reduce the price of our stay . Thr didnt try to accommodate us or anything . I honestly think the town is RASICT af so if you are a person of color do not stay here you will be profiled .

Positives: Staff was welcoming and helpful. Reasonable rate and dog friendly, but dang it Hampton with these dog fees!

Negatives: Room was updated but just didnt seem fresh. Busier area with some people traffic. Greeted by ginormous Hustler Hollywood sign as we pulled into parking lot. Classy.
