The washer and dryer on the second floor. Build a nicer laundry area and upgrade the washer and dryer so it doesn't take 2 hours to do a load of laundry.

Both rooms had draining issues in the bathroom. One had loose fixtures and the toilet was off center so that the door could close. Quality was lacking.

We were there for 3 nights. We NEVER had any room service!! I had to track down staff( one lady who was very unfriendly) to ask for more towels…..which she never brought! The phone in the room didn’t work, so I walked to the desk and ask for towels and our trash to be emptied. She did send a very nice lady who came down from the 3rd floor who was extremely nice, and brought us towels, picked up a pile of dirty towels and bed linen that had laid in the floor for the entire day, snd emptied the trash cans. She was very apologetic that non of this had not been done. The microwave didn’t work unless you held the cord up. Was very unhappy about the breakfast as well were others as they voiced their opinions in the dining area. By 8:30 there was No food left, and that was every day we were there. We stay in London quite often to come home and visit family. Also I want to say that we left our room tidy. Bagged the trash myself!
