Negatives: The property was under extensive renovations The restaurant was closed and the hallways were covered with plastic sheeting. Hopefully this will be done soon

Negatives: POOL was closed for upgrade. a little dusty, [construction dust].

Negatives: Had to walk very far to get to an ice machine (I was on the first floor). Parking was limited.

Negatives: I did not like how there was no ice anywhere. All the ice machines did not contain ice. There was only one microwave in the whole place. What I really did not like was the fact that my husband and I were there with our son, who had an archery tournament at the expo center the next morning. We did not get any sleep, but maybe 2 or 3 hours. I was not informed that there was going to be a party at the bar all night. Sure, it would have been nice to have been told at checkin! My husband had to call the front desk at 1:30am and ask what was going on and was told that she would send security to quite them down. All we heard was yelling, hollaring, and cheering until 2am. I just do not understand why we were placed in 225 that was right above the lobby and the bar. We had people knocking on our door at 1am, and when I went to check, there was no one in the halls. This was a total nightmare. I won't be staying there in the future.

Negatives: No pool but weren't there long enough

Negatives: Staff sold our room. I confirmed the night prior to my families stay both rooms we had booked. There was 2 reservations confirmed one for me and one for 3. The members of family in the room of 3 were unable to make it and after arriving to the hotel, we had the member who booked the room to contact the hotel to add a name to the reservation and they acted like the room was never booked even though I confirmed with the hotel the night before. Booking.com contacted the hotel with no response also so luckily I am able to refund my credit card for fraudulent activity. The showers also suck! the temperature and pressure is so low compared to what you'd expect out of any hotel regardless of the star rating.

Negatives: Was very disappointed in the breakfast, couldn’t even cut the biscuits with a knife and some of the other food was ice cold. I made due with a bowl of oatmeal which was good

Negatives: My room was cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR THIS STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negatives: Being charged 915.00 extra for my room, especially when it was missing several items, and the vent fan kept kicking on and off. My room was missing an ironing board and the desk chair. The bathroom vent would randomly start and stop. Oh! I was charged 915.00 extra for my room! We had zero incidentals, yet I was overcharged.
