I love the small rooms which was perfect for my family. The hotel is pet friendly with a $30 pet fee. My dogs felt comfortable in the room.

The refrigerator didn't work. The soda machines didn't work. And cost me $5. There was no in room coffee pot.

No bugs despite obvious wear and tear and unpleasant smell in the lobby and stairwell.

Room was not cleaned and it seemed that housekeeping just made the bed back up with the same dirty sheets and comforter.

The staff was pleasant and willing to accommodate a refund.

We stayed for all of about 15 minutes. The room had questionable stains on the floor and bed, and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. For $---+ a night, it was absolutely unacceptable.
