Easy access off the interstate and close to LSU. There's a Wal-Mart nearby for anything you may have forgotten!
Staff was very friendly. Clean and has a small snack/drink area in the lobby that easily charges to room or takes card payments.

The elevators move quickly. The exercise facility is excellent. The staff was friendly and engaging. They were smiling and gave the appearance that they were happy. IHG properties usually have Bibles in the rooms and this one didn't. That is a huge plus for my business and others like ours. Management should check on this. Some of Holiday Inn's competition have Bibles in a drawer in every room. If someone doesn't want to read it they can ignore it and leave it in the drawer. Free wifi is not secure and that is a negative. Logging on was a bit of a chore.
Negatives:
Wi-Fi needs to be secure or its useless to businesspeople, lawyers, or anyone needing confidentiality. No Bibles, bummer.
