There was a cockroach on the ceiling, supposedly dead, according to the desk clerk. The desk clerk did respond to my informing of it immediately. The desk clerk said it was a wood roach and that they come in through the windows.
Negatives:
Just knowing there are cockroaches in the hotel makes me uncomfortable. The thought they they could get into my luggage and me bringing them home is disgusting.
Positives:
I really like the facility, it's staff, it's pricing and it's location. I like that though the kitchen was closed grab and go breakfast was still provided.
Negatives:
The only reason I didn't give an overall rating of excellent for all is because there was maintenance being performed and the outside of the building and parking lot was covered with equipment.
