Absolute Disgust! There was pubic hair in the tub and the whole room and bathroom were gross. When my husband went to ask for cleaner the front desk expressed no concern. No apologies, no sending someone else to clean, nothing. It was midnight and our toddler needed sleep or else we would have left that night. We were supposed to stay two nights but thank goodness Booking.com got us refunded and checked out early. Unfortunately the hotel can’t do simple math and it took a week to get them to refund the correct amount. Don’t count on talking to a manager. I called for 3 days in a row and there was never a manager present.

Property was clean and well maintained.
Negatives:
I missed the part about it being pet friendly until we checked it so unfortunately we had a dog barking in the early morning hours on our floor but all in all it was a good stay.
We were also charged for 6 night stay when we were only there for 2 however the staff was extremely helpful and very nice about getting it corrected.
