Negatives: The room appeared to be in the middle of renovation. Trim in definate need of paint

Negatives: The microwave and the desk chair were faulty.

Negatives: First, we came early, so the room wasn't ready to check in yet, which is expected. So I paid and I arrived back at 2:55pm and they were still cleaning.I would think if someone is arriving to check in at 3pm that the room should be clean at least 30 minutes before they arrive. The room was a smoke room, and that's because it was the only thing left to book with 2 beds. Which yet again was a bad choice because the room smelled just like tobacco. My kids and I didn't feel comfortable in this room. We were more worried about not bringing home bed bugs. While sleeping in the room, we hear someone trying to get in the room around 5am. I looked out the window and it was a man and lady. I informed them they were at the wrong room. So they left. After that, someone calls my room asking for my name. They never identified themselves. I had to ask a couple of times whom I was speaking too. I gave the worker my name, and she asked when did I check in as if she didn't have that information. This put a bad taste in my mouth. I am not happy with the stay. I wouldn't recommend no one here.

Negatives: Asked for quiet room in advance and by phone day of arrival. Gave me a room 25 yards for a major train line that also had an intense mildew odor. I am still sneezing and recovering from the mildew. Front desk couldn’t have cared less. Worst breakfast bar I’ve seen in years. All this for $125/night.

Negatives: No shower chair , we are both paralyzed and the handicap room didn’t have a shower bench or chair

Negatives: The location was difficult. The room door did not lock it had a chain lock on it. It smelled like a saloon in there.
