Negatives: Not clean mildew old

Negatives: The guy at the front desk. Idk his name. He's short with glasses. The lady that checked me in gave me the key but said a room wouldn't be clean until around 2 hours later. That's fine. I obviously had to give my ID to check in and get a key. Went back after 2 ish hours and asked if the room was ready just to make sure. He cuts me off "ID I need your ID" FOR WHAT. DONT KNOW. how would I have a key and why would I be asking if a room is cleaned yet if I'm not even supposed to be here but whatever. Then he's almost harassing me about if my boyfriend was staying over with me. And if so he needed his ID. Idk if that happens at some hotels I'm sure but ive never experienced it where if your having someone visit or even if they end up sleeping over that the front office needs a copy of their ID as well. Maybe I'm wrong but weve stayed there before different people at the front desk but they never ever asked for my ID when it was my boyfriend that booked the room and i went inside with him to check in. Anyhow he kept asking if he was staying with me and if so he couldn't stay without his ID pretty much. Like what if I have an 18 year old child with NO ID will my child have to stay in the car. Like be so for real. I'm really understanding and I understand these people at these hotels don't make the rules. Completely understand. But after that. They had a white man come out from by the front desk and go get 2 women and they all went inside and i heard NOTHING from that man. Now again I could be in the wrong and just may not have heard him ask about if someone was staying with him or he could've said that in the booking. Idk. But it was just VERY funny how it went. Anyways. I would NOT stay there simply bc of that man the lady that checked me in was very nice. The housekeeping lady was also very very nice.

Negatives: The lady who runs the hotel is very rude to customers she doesn't know how to talk to people and throws thingsat people

Negatives: The mangner is rude asf. Kept ask My bf for a key. Yelling at other people who stay there about company. So don't invite ur friends. The pool doesn't work. No ice machine. They record u and video u in the hallways and by all the exit. My company black friends couldn't come up but my white friend had no problems. I should have stayed at the same hotel but I was cheap. Don't be cheap. Spend more for a better room that is private. Also, house keeps waking u up early b4 check out. I am on the road alot and some time I want sleep till it close to that time. 11 clock is check out but sometimes u sleep till 10 or 10:30 and leave not a cop knock or someone wake u up at 8 in the morning.
