I really didn’t like anything. The hotel was too smoky for my husband and me to enjoy ourself. Why can’t casinos have a non-smoking area - a whole wing (rooms, pool, restaurant, shops and casino).
Negatives:
The hotel is smoky, poor ventilation system and non-smokers such as my husband and I could not have a good time. This day and age smoking needs to be banned. I’m sick of casinos catering to smokers. Non-smokers would like to come and have a good time too. When you walk in the Golden Nugget the smoke hits you at the door.

The pool area was really nice.
Negatives:
I had my room decorated for my boyfriend birthday. I spent a lot of money and time doing so. We weren't in our room and hour, and when we pulled the sheets backs there was blood and small bugs on them. I requested a refund, but they insisted on me trying another room. But I'm still waiting on some type of credit because I had to leave my decorated room.

The ability for our family to hang out by the pool and to play at the casino.

We had some issues at Salt Grass. Our food came out extremely late and no one offered anything for the delay on their behalf.
