I DIDN'T like anything about this place. It was so loud, the TV didn't work and I was too tired to even be bother with asking for service I should have had WITHOUT asking. I didn't even go to eat the free breakfast.
Negatives:
The room smell completely like smoke from the time I opened the door. I couldn't even sleep because I was trying to hold my breathe. The toilet had poop in the toilet and NOT clean, nor was the bathroom. PAY EXTRA some where else, you're welcome because you'll thank me later!

The front desk staff were great and helpful. It was easy to get in and out of there. And for what we needed was just a place to sleep for 2 nights as we were there for an event and not spending much time in our hotel.
Negatives:
The room had an odor, it was dark and dated. It did not feel super clean. The entire hotel needs to be updated, cleaned up and carpeting for sure needs to be replaced. They need to actually have decent breakfast options if it states breakfast is to be included. They provided more like a breakfast snack.

The bathrooms were clearly freshly renovated, which was a plus. We also were treated very courteously by the staff.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, whilst the bathrooms were renovated the rest of the room itself was still "stuck in the eighties" as we put it. The a/c machine and fridge were loud (we had to turn the a/c off to get to sleep) and the microwave was outdated. The TV appeared to have damage with the pixels at the bottom of the screen. Additionally, despite me having requested a nonsmoking room beforehand, we quickly found ours to be a room which multiple people had clearly smoked in. The lingering smell of nicotine lingered and multiple cigarette burn holes were found in all layers of the sheets. Additionally, the bathroom door was not level and had to be lifted up on via the handle to close properly. Additionally, our mattress was lumpy and unsupportive to the point of feeling more like a waterbed.
