Granted there was no availability within 100 miles, this was it, so I'm grateful for the room, albeit filthy. The staff was really friendly and polite, but there's only so much they can do with what they're given. There were cameras all over the property, so I was happy that maybe the cars wouldn't be broken into while staying there; and they weren't thankfully. At night the area looked pretty sketchy, in the morning it didn't prove much different. It is very conveniently located to the interstate.
Negatives:
We booked a double king non smoking and it most definitely was not a nonsmoking. The blankets smelled horribly of smoke. When they offered to change us to another, it was worse so we stayed in the original room. I didn't even realize people could still smoke in hotel rooms anymore.
The room definitely had not been swept recently, old food and trash on the shelves, trash, spills and crumbs in the mini fridge, bathroom was errr, just bad, toilet seat was only connected on one side, only a phone, one towel, one hand towel, one wash cloth, one bar of soap and one trash can in the room. That's it. Not a facial tissue or coffee pod in sight. There was coffee in the lobby, but no cups.

Little too like other than it was the only room less than $100 available in the area as I was traveling through late at night.
Negatives:
Easily the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. Unclean bedding, filthy walls, floors, bathroom facilities, and 3 burnout lights in the room.
