Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Located just off Route 90 and less than 3 miles from downtown New Iberia, this Candlewood Suites features a 24-hour fitness center and an outdoor pavilion. Free Wi-Fi is available. Candlewood Suites New Iberia feature a fully equipped kitchen area with hardwood floors. Flat-screen cable TV, an in-room coffee maker and a work desk are included. An on-site convenience store offers snacks, drinks and personal items throughout the day. BBQ facilities are located beneath the pavilion for picnic-style dining. Guests of the New Iberia Candlewood are welcome to enjoy the outdoor pool or take care of last-minute work in the business center. The New Iberia Candlewood Suites is 12 minutes from the Zoo of Acadiana and less than 3 miles from Shadows on the Teche historic mansion.
Pet Amenities
Candlewood Suites offers its pet guests designated dog relief areas complete with waste disposal bags as well as a door magnet that alerts staff that your pet is a guest at the hotel. Many locations also have doggie treats at the front desk.
