This Quality Suites is located in New Iberia, minutes away from the Zoo of Acadiana and the Jungle Gardens of Avery Island. Shadows-on-the-Teche, a plantation located on the banks of the Bayou Teche in the heart of Cajun Louisiana, is eight miles from the hotel. McIlhenny Company, famous for its Tabasco pepper sauce, is seven miles away. Conrad Rice Mill, America's oldest working rice mill, is also nearby. Tour shallow water swamps, bayous, sloughs and coves by airboat. Visitors can enjoy spying on alligators, deer, nutria, and other Louisiana wildlife while exploring the gardens of Avery Island and bird city, where over 20,000 egrets and other waterfowl nest. Hotel amenities and features include free local calls, free weekday newspapers, and free coffee. Free breakfast is also provided. There is also an exercise room. Business travelers will have voicemail and access to copy and fax services. The meeting room accommodates up to 60 people for most events and business functions. Breakfast was sub par compared to other Comfort Suites I have stayed at. Location was Excellent for the purpose of my trip. The Desk Persons were informative and friendly. High Marks for that. The room was exceptional. Spacious and Very Clean. Nice big Bathroom.

Only the breakfast. But, thats not a dealbreaker.
