Positives:
Front desk staff was fantastic. Brianna was especially helpful answering questions regarding local restaurants and getting a taxi for us to the cruise port. Location to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, etc was very close and easy to walk to. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to New Orleans.

location from Bourbon street is perfect, the staff were amazing a special acknowledgement to Gwendolyn, Miss Debbie, and Terry who do everything to be helpful, friendly and a great job! Miss Debbie does a great job with the complimentary breakfast... sure wish her biscuit sandwiches were out more and more!

Being in a corner room, with so the windows, you could hear everything going on outside. I know Mardi Gras made it worse, but if you are a light sleeper or there for work it could really be a problem.

Location was good, in a busy downtown area with a lot of stores and restaurants around.
Negatives:
The staff weren't very helpful. When I asked where we could go have a drink around in the neighborhood, the response was "I don't go out around here so I'm not sure". Staff should always have at least a few places to recommend nearby, especially if they don't off a bar or restaurant in the hotel.
Second, we can back to the room that evening to discover we had no heat and it was freezing. After two unanswered calls, my husband had to go downstairs to get someone to address the problem. We ended up having to move rooms in the middle of the night.
We were also unable to get either tv to pair with our devices which it was supposed to do.
