I was surprised for the cost that I had to request every little thing such as shower cap, tissues, q-tips. No bathrobe or slippers in room.

Positives:
Beautiful hotel. Fabulous rooftop pool and terrace with bar. Great staff. I left an expensive jewellery item behind and they located it for me and arranged delivery to my home address. I am very grateful for this and it shows the calibre of this hotel.

A fabulous New Orleans experience...
Positives:
NOPSI has a great down stair atmosphere and everyone is very nice and attentive coming and going. We got into our room early and enjoyed hanging out by the top floor pool area.
Negatives:
The website needs to be updated. Despite advertising a pool bar food menu, it is not offered and food is only offered at the pool for a limited time during the day. We could not order food after 2pm. Before that it was brunch only. Staff didn't know much

Very good location to explore the different quarters of New Orleans! Very big and confortable rooms, and nice view from the swimming pool on the rooftop. Also very quiet.

Loved everything about this property!!! The staff was amazing! The property itself is clean and inviting. Extremely aesthetically pleasing. In walking distance to almost anything you’d need. My stay was short because I’m local and booked for convenience. My only regret is not staying longer.

The destination fee of 25$ per night is disappointing and far to high. To have access to the pool, coffee, wifi and 2 bottles of water, which you are requested to pick up yourself each day. The bottle of water offered for breakfast tasted horrible.
