It was not clean. There was dust everywhere. It looked like a bug was smashed on the wall in the bathroom and left for a while. AC wasn’t cold. No breakfast. Remote to tv didn’t work. Crap left in closet. Rooms were not handicapped accessible.

Clean, comfortable room and bed. Surprisingly quiet given proximity to the interstate and airport. Pets stay for FREE.
Negatives:
Exterior and common areas are dated and worn. Entry is a bit ominous as you have to drive past an abandoned restaurant.

They were flexible with the checkout. I needed a later checkout and they gave it to me.

The A/C dod not work. It was set to cool, but it felt like the outside temp in the room. Thank goodness it wasn't too hot outside that day. The toilet ran constantly.

They allow pets in every room , so being allergic to pets my allergies were kicking my behind. I mentioned it to them and they came and cleaned my room the next day. It was better, but that just leads me to think the room wasn’t properly cleaned to begin with.
