Nothing it was disgusting. They should definitely refund us for that night.

We were woken up twice around 1:45 am by someone coming into our room cause the front desk overbooked our room and again at 2:00am by the receptionist coming into our room again. He apologized and said it was an error on their computer.

We stayed last year about same time and it was fine. This year, there was no hair dryer or hand soap. When requested they couldn't supply it. Very frustrated and not worth the price we paid.

I paid extra for a room here because there's a pool, only for it to be out of service, and without warning. My room was disgusting also. Overall it was very disappointing. Tried to do laundry but the machines were nasty too.

Fridge was left filthy from the previous guest, willow protects and covers were just left on the bed for us to put on, phone did not work in the room, water was left in the bottom of the tub. Informed staff multiple times before something was done.

The beds were comfortable. And the continental breakfast was decent.
Negatives:
They definitely need to get repairs done. The hairdryer wasnt attached to wall and there was a hole in the wall next to tub. And the loudness of the. airplanes at least 3x the one night we stayed.

The location was good, the morning staff member was polite and friendly and helpful given the issues we had.

The stairs smelled like vomit. In the room, when we entered, there was a pair of dirty underwear in the bathroom. The room had clearly not been cleaned. A cockroach also crawled out from under the bed in the morning. The hotel guests in the next room were very loud, and when I complained about the noise, nothing was done. In the morning at checkout, I spoke with a very nice lady at the reception desk who did offer some assistance, but it was not a good stay. Would not recommend.

We did not stay at this hotel. They called and canceled our booking because another couple was paying more than we did and they decided to cancel the cheaper reservation

The price was good and the staff were very nice as well. One girl was just starting her first day and was handling 3 issues at one time and she did very well!!

There was a lot of garbage and cigarette butts right outside the door where we had to go in and out of. I'm assuming they have residents living there as well as guests and the residents use that area for personal use.

Showed up and was told there was no rooms available. I made my reservation months ago. Was also told nothing than can do and that they have to tell 6 more people the same thing. Was driving all day and then was told this. Very disappointed and will never book at this establishment in the future.

Location - it was close to the show I took my children to see.
Negatives:
The room had a terrible smell, the lock on the door was broken (which made us very uncomfortable through the night), mildew all over the floor, no hand soap in the room, and breakfast horrible (the apple juice tasted like water & the all the food was gross).

This will be our one and only stay at this property - we were not happy with our stay at all!
