Had to change rooms first room (5th floor) air wouldn't turn on (we like it cold to sleep), it was missing the refrigerator and stunk.
Checking out no offer of receipt, just took the key and moved us along.

The first room I was placed in did not have a working tv, nor a fridge. They moved me into another room that had a broken chair desk, which was then replaced with a dirty chair. The sink in the bathroom would not drain and there was no body wash in the shower.

Good location close enough to explore downtown Annapolis with just a short drive.
Negatives:
I actually changed my reservation from another hotel due to the advertised free breakfast at this location. Then upon arrival after scanning my card I was informed there was no free breakfast due to a kitchen issue. I understand things happen but how about something resembling an attempt at good customer service to make up for the unfortunate circumstance. How about buying some bagels and supplying in the morning? How about a discount on the room or a discount on a future visit? Nothing! Just a half hearted apology. Clearly customer service means nothing at this establishment. Disappointed!
