Basic breakfast, the Hotel is Old and far from major destinations. Reception staff was not cooperative, at first and after 18 hours of int. traveling I presented my booking confirmation with passport and without even looking I was informed that there is no booking with these details even after multiple attempts from my side to do more efforts but nothing. at the End I asked for his supervisor (Lana or Luna) and she got my confirmation in less than one min!!
