The staff has bad attitudes. The housekeeper was knocking on my door a hour before check out time. I was charged a $50 late check out fee for leaving 19 minutes late.

We stayed at the hotel previously from October 7th to October 11th and were very happy to be able to book again. We had a family emergency and had to cxl at the last minute. The hotel approved a full refund because of the emergency.

Drugs being dealt out of hotel...had to sign a waiver saying I wouldn't use drugs in the hotel. Man passed out on stairs from an overdose. 2nd shift desk clerk doesn't answer the phone - called for the free shuttle to pick us up from the metro and he never answered so we had to pay for a taxi. Pay a little more money and stay in a better city

I didn't like the front desk staff when I arrived on Saturday just Little before 2pm. Then the same staff told me i had to check out right at 12 or I will be charged another day.
