The hotel was supposed to be 100% smoke-free but every floor smelt like smoke because people were smoking and you could see the ashes there were no snacks or anything in the vending machines. I could not call to the front desk from my room. The electrical outlets were horrible, and it was just dirty And mold in the ice machine. The housekeeping staff was the best though.

Everything when I first came in, they had to switch me to another room because the water was not working in the shower or sink in the bathroom
