Negatives: No water - not welcoming staff

Negatives: I didn’t receive my deposit and no explanation for why.

Negatives: The room wasn't clean right and the sheets was dirty

Negatives: Overall the hotel is in very bad shape. Elevators were not working, staff were not friendly or attentive, rooms and overall property were dirty, the halls smelled like weed. We found a mouse running throgh our room and when we reported it and requested to be accomodated in a different room, the staff responded the hotel was full and they couldn’t guarantee there was another room to accomodate us. They did gave us a different room, we forgot a passport inside the previous one and requested to get it. There was a family already staying there, the staff gave us a key to open the room knowing there was people staying there and no one from the hotel went with us to the room to pick it up.

Negatives: I disliked everything about the property!

Negatives: The property itself was run down and dirty. The elevator was broken off and on throughout our entire stay. We were on the 6th floor and I have trouble climbing stairs. We had to wait an hour to leave at the end of our stay so we didn't have to make several trips up and down 6 flights to bring our stuff down. Our floor smelled strongly of pot the entire stay.

Negatives: I am a 53 yr old male with disabilities. disabilities that prevent me from sitting or standing too long. I also have a family member with the same chronic conditions. The elevator on had one working. As a customer, I had to wait until the maids drop off belongings on each floor, while holding the elevator and the sending it back down. I reported this to the manager, he said he will adjust my account, I have called numerous of times after checking out and got no reply. This matter needs to be reported and I took pictures of elevator and etc while there. This experience was insane and yet for four days was a nightmare!

Negatives: The Continental breakfast was awful. The hotel was out of food each day. It was like they weren't allowed to have anything to offer or unable to order enough. No plates, no coffee creamer, no fresh fruit, no butter for toast. The set up of the breakfast was not practical. It was like it was pieced together barely every day. I saw a kid using hot water for oatmeal from the coffee brewer that was above his head! There were only 2 coffee thermal pots, and the coffee was being drank so fast, the guy running the breakfast could barely keep up. He needed 4 of them. The chairs in the dining area were dirty. They need upholstery cleaning badly. The elevators were broken every day. Thankfully, we were on the second floor, so we used the steps. The room seemed clean, but a more detailed cleaning needs to be done. The corners everywhere were dirty. Overall, I wished we had picked a different hotel. I should have known it wouldn't be great because the price for the week was so cheap. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Negatives: This hotel has been one of the worst places I've ever been. When I got there, I had a lot of expectations because according to Booking, it was considered one of the top hotels in the sector. The check in process was ok, but could be better; when I entered into the bedroom, a stench smell came from inside (as reek sweat). Pillows smelled the same, and my husband and I couldn’t use the sheets because they seemed to be dirty and reeky, undoubtedly. I went downstairs to ask for air freshener, and they gave me one, but the bedroom was still stench.
