No wifi!! password did NOT work! TV did not work, one Spanish channel! No answer or help from the front desk!! Breakfast was to be served till 9:30 AM . We Went to breakfast at 9am and there was no milk no toast no bagels!! it was obvious staff done for the day and wanted to clean up and finish up.

The breakfast was terrible. Really bad.
Negatives:
The room was not cleaned very well. I noticed hairs in various places. Almost no shampoo in dispenser. No one freshened the room after the first night, not even removing trash from the wastebasket. The bed was too soft. Some loud young men staying in rooms nearby who blasted the TV and carried on very loudly in the hall until late. Ice maker on my floor was broken.

Our room was adequate but not any more than that. The hotel needs a major renovation.

We tried to check in midday but the hotel charges $50 for early check-in and would not let us check in early without paying the fee. My son was participating in a sporting event nearby and we really would have appreciated being able to use the room early to take a shower. However, even though there were apparently rooms available, that was not possible without paying the $50 fee. Ive never heard of such an inhospitable policy and was very disappointed. When we finally were able to check in, our first room had a dirty tub and mold, so we alerted the front desk and moved across the hall. Also, the pool was closed, which was unfortunate.
