Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The location of the hotel was great.
Negatives:
It took several minutes before anyone came to the front desk to check us in. In addition, some appliances barely worked. the hotel was loud and had a faint odor.

Lock to room didn't work. Then there was the hoodlum hanging around the lobby entrance yelling at me across the parking lot for a "light!" Really!? I would hardly expect a third world experience in Columbia MD.

The staff was rude. Everyone that I encountered even down to one of the house keeping lady was rude.

The tub is extremely discolored and appears dirty and needs to be replaced or for 4 and they only provided 4 towels. We requested more and were told no.

The pillows felt like they we stuffed with napkins. So uncomfortable. Someone was trying to break into my room while I was it, so I called the front desk they said they had no security and provided no other help..I was in a panic.

Location, even though the entrance signage should be brighter and easier to see on street level, very dark and too much foliage at night

Staff unfriendly, only the young kids that work the evening shift are helpful , the cleaning lady screamed at me for asking for extra trash bags, and the front desk when I ran out of towels treated me like a thieve, and would not brew more coffee at 9:00

The Chick-fil-A was definitely Chick-fill -An. The line for drive thru caused traffic that kept us from getting to the hotel.
