Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Really enjoyed all my interactions with Staff. Had a very relatable and courteous interaction. When the light in the bathroom went on the blink, the gentlemen performing maintainence came quickly and replaced the bulb. Overall an excellent location!

We I went to get in bed I pulled back the covers and 2 bedbugs was crawling in the bed!!!!!! I was moved to another room but I was not compensated for happened. My things were heat treated. So I knew they had a problem already.

The staff was very rude and was unable to handle the situation properly. I was told someone would contact. They were unwilling to conversate my inconvenience. And no one ever contacted me from some insurance agency. I was told by the manager they would.

There absolutely was no breakfast at the hotel, NOT even coffee, even though it was mentioned on the Booking site.
That this hotel gave you a paper with list of charges.
IF you needed to exchange your towels, there was a fee!! Extra toiletries, another fee.
Also says to not distrub the employees whether they are in uniform or not!
Just not an overall welcoming hotel.
I guess it would've been better expectations, if I would've been informed better.

You're overpriced you charged too much money for I needed an extra towel. I gotta pay a $1.50 if I want anything it costs money, you should be a little bit more upfront, you should not charge everything so there is no amenity there so you're basically a rent apartment for a day?

The location was great. The pillows were great. The unit was clean.
Negatives:
Check in was horrible. No one at the desk after 10pm. Had to call the customer service number so they could get someone out of bed I assume to come check us in. The entry door handle was about to fall off. The night lock had three screws that would not tighten because the wood of the door was busted. The shower made a horrible loud screech. The hall leading to our room had piles of dog poop all the way down. Trash was on a cart the whole weekend. Parking was limited unless you were there early. Never found the free bfast.
