The price point, while needing a last minute stop between destinations.

Parking was limited and didn’t feel secure. The room was not serviced properly, dirty counters, dirty bedding with visible blood stains (we personally requested new bedding and changed both beds ourselves), additional tenets were rudely blasting music through the late hours of the evening while also reeking the entry and hallways with the smell of weed being smoked.

The location was good for what we needed. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices and plenty available. The rooms were spacious and the sink outside the bathroom is always nice.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, because were brought our dog, we were place on a hall with other dogs that were far from quiet. The other dogs were very loud and barked a lot every time they went out of their rooms. The room furniture was old, and falling apart, although I am not sure if they were like that only in the rooms where dogs stayed. Also the bathroom ceiling had been patched but it looked terrible and the back of the bathroom door was also a mess. The door should be replaced, and the ceiling fixed correctly. There were trucks both sides of the road to the entrance of the hotel making it very dangerous when leaving or coming into the hotel.

I liked that we were close to restaurants and shopping centers but the amount of trash on the side of the road leading to the hotel was a little off putting

We stayed for 4 nights and had to request additional towels because no one cleaned our room or replaced the sheets or towels the whole time

Great location. Starbucks opens at 4:30 right across the street. Lots of good food and a Walmart nearby.

Everything about the hotel was great except all the pot smoking. Smell it even in my room. Not just the overwhelming smell in the hall. Very loud neighbors.

The breakfast was decent the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
To make sure all outside key cards work at all doors so you can get back in from alternate doors versus just the main entrance. I was traveling with a dog and that would be helpful with letting the dog outside so you don't have to through the front lobby you could use the stairwell to go to your room instead.

the room was stuffy and smelled of bleach. the room just felt damp and musty. i couldn’t open the windows to let the smell out. the bathroom is kind of old and rusty but the staff was very kind
