It’s a beautiful hotel and overall the people are nice

I have stayed at the crown plaza Ravinia maybe 4x and every time when you call the front desk at night I no one answers the phone. And this present our sink was leaking and clog so when you brush your teeth water sits in the sink, which was nasty. So I told front desk and they said they will someone to look at it and never did

As always, my stay was great. Floyd and Anthony are exceptional people. The location is very good for my schedule to see customers. The hotel has a very good breakfast buffet and always has freshly brewed coffee on hand.
