Hotel was very welcoming. Love the Decour of the lobby, layout was very spacious to accommodate the large crowd. Big CIAA Tournament weekend a lot of Basketball teams. I was there for a concert so I saw everyone in passing. All in all I would stay again

There was not enough eatery there. If check out is noon I feel the restaurant should be open till at least 12 serving breakfast. There little kitchenette area in the lobby was helpful. Would have preferred a cooked meal

Making the reservation then having to make a change was a breeze. Check-in and out was painless. The hotel could use a few updates needless to say but it was a nice experience.

The continental breakfast should be included; the dinner menu needs more options. Still, the service was excellent and the food was good.

The room was 85 when I got there. It was 28 outside.The thermostat did not work.I used the air conditioning to cool the room.255 characters is not space to describe the issue. The reservation was for a Queen sized bed, the room had a double bed.
