The staff members was professional, courteous professional and attentive.

The hotel nor the room had a pleasant scent when you enter. It just didnt have a scent. In addition I had an issues with the thermostat in the room. I had to use my personal phone to call the front Dess about the issue because there was no working phone in the room. Maintenance did respond quickly to address the issue. However, the room became extremely hot so I turned off the unit and it automatically began to blow out cold air. While the unit was in the off position. The bedroom door inside the suite was difficult to open or close. One of the door knobs from inside the bedroom was missing. The room door also had a large gap in between the French door, which did not allow any privacy. The complementary breakfast thats included does not have a wide range of selection. The juice that was provided was overly sweet and taste like syrup. I couldnt help but notice that there was no waffle machine. Therefore , I was unable to enjoy your complementary breakfast.

Wonderful, wonderful staff, the property is in need of minor repairs. Along with a waffle maker.

The lady Deborah like and told us that she didn't have a clean room come to find out the housekeeper total 401 was clean we couldn't check into 6:00 that evening when we checked out we met the GM she gave us 10% back but I've never received it yet from booking.com I also have a letter from her stating that she was giving us 10% back for a late check out and for all our inconveniences this property does not have a pool that is up and running they also told us that they were in the process of shutting the pool down permanently we were not happy with this day at all

Our window in our room had cardboard taped up next to the air conditioner. at 4 AM we could hear trash trucks and dogs that woke us up because of that thin piece of cardboard.

The room was filled with roaches in the kitchen and both bathrooms

Everything else was great however when you arrive with your family late at night turn on the lights and see roaches running around it kill the whole vibe.

It has truly gone downhill maintenance-wise since my last visit Dec 2022. Back then we were totally pleased with the room and everything the hotel had to offer, that's why we chose to come again. This time, however, there were roaches, & so much more.

Key cards did not work and when taken to the desk I was told that the room we had our stuff in was not the room assigned to us yet the cards opened the door originally and it was the number on the key card envelope. Were denied extra pillows yet we had 6
