Negatives: MANY THINGS. 1. UNSECURED DOORS THAT SHOULD BE LOCKED. 2. ROOM COUNTER WAS DIRTY/STOVE WAS DIRTY/FLOOR WAS STICKY/TOLIET PAPER IN TOLIET WOULD NOT FLUSH (MANAGER FAULT) 3. CARS IN PARKING LOT WITH FLAT TIRES WITH DEAD TAGS, OR NO TAGS AT ALL. 4. P

Negatives: On our way to this location we were informed that the room we booked was now unavailable and we had to be forced into a room that was entirely too small for my family which includes 4 small children. We asked for some type of accommodation and the staff was incredibly rude and chose not to try to help at all. They tried to offer us a second room and they would take the tax off. The tax was less than $20…that was completely unfair to us. We booked this room because it’s two adults and 4 kids. We cannot have our small children in a room alone. The staff did not want to accommodate us. We asked to speak with the manager several times. The lady at the front desk said she would give her manager (who was off) our number and she’ll call shortly. We waited forever and she never called. We eventually had to find another hotel since they royally screwed up our night. We traveled hours to get to this location and we needed rest severely. Extended stay America was a total loss for us and we will never send a recommendation there nor never book with them again. I would highly recommend no one coming. Their website is misleading and says that there is 1 room left…when they is in fact none. Horrible. Such a nightmare.

Negatives: Same as my previous review..

Negatives: We didn't like the constant noise, cocarouches, lack of amenities, fire alarm in the middle of the night, and not being compensated for the night and day after. Breakfast that was offered: watered-down coffee, granola bar, one muffin, bag of instant oatmeal package with hot water to prepare it!.. No milk, juice, fresh fruits, bagels, bread or butter, or even a package of cereal!!...

Negatives: Staff was not around to let us check out only to make us wait only to find out we could toss the key over the other side of the counter. The beds are very hard and lumpy. Breakfast only means they have 2 types of oatmeal and coffee nothing else. Every time we had to open the door to the room it was very loud. Rude morning staff.

Negatives: Shower head wasn't strong. Tub was super slippery. Almost fell twice. Room 109

Negatives: Not close to food

Negatives: Charged me twice for one night. Still no refund

Negatives: Everything very disappointed will never stay there again the free breakfast was a joke no silverware or plates in the room doors hard to open no shampoo not enough towels

Negatives: My first room there were literally roaches crawling on the counter and in the bathroom with me . I had to go downstairs & let them know and show the front desk the photos I took . They just switched me to another room . The next day I went to check my old room to see if I left belongings & they had never came to clean the room !

Negatives: Dirty, bad bed, questionable lining

Negatives: The floors did smell like weed
