Check in was quick. Hotel lobby was pleasant. Staff was knowledgable. Didn't have to deal with the secret service like my son did who was staying at the Hilton.
Negatives:
There was no lamp on the desk which made it hard to do anything after the sun went down. There was a long hair in the sink, I am assuming it was from the maid. Other than that, it was everything I was expecting. above

Definitely will stay there again.
Positives:
1) Room was large enough
2) Location was ok (near to metro station)
3) Fairly cheap
Negatives:
1) Hotel was overall in shabby condition (paint falling off ceiling in lobby, worn out look in hallways, cockroaches in hallways)
2) Room had numerous problems: telephone didn't work, interior was old and worn out, the safe broke and we had to have it CUT OPEN, which was a major hassle and points to the lack of maintenance
3) Room was serviced only once during our stay (4 days)
4) Pool was closed (it was advertised as a feature, and one of the reasons we chose the hotel)
5) Area is not great (too many people hanging out on streets, didn't feel safe)
6) Front desk understaffed so long waits at times.
