No one at the check in counter. You had to call a number then someone came to check you in. They gave you 1 soap in the bathroom and that was it! No one was there at check out and there was no breakfast available after saying that it was available 7am to 9am. This was the worst place ever!

The power went out for...

Walking up the steps to the second floor made us feel like we were drunk. The stairs were uneven, and from what I can tell, were made of wood and have warped very bad. The bathroom is almost to the point of being unacceptable. Bathtub was horribly stained (friend who stayed in another room said the same thing about their tub). Shower curtain was frayed and should have been replaced months ago. Shower curtain rod is extremely loose. Paint chipping and just in bad shape. Entire bathroom should be redone. Entrance (opposite office) was unlocked at night, and is next to wooded area, not well lit, and we were uneasy coming back after dark. Only had 3 very flat pillows and no spare pillows in the room. There was only 1 regular and 1 decaf coffee in the room. So, only 1 person gets regular coffee? Not a good idea. The lounge chair in the room had very dirty arm rests and it appears that has not been cleaned. I should have reviewed Google Reviews before we booked.
