Positives: This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ll never stay at a Marriott hotel ever again.

Negatives: They wouldn’t check me in so they threw me out on the street because I only had either contactless or cash to pay for the 250 incidental charge. The room was prepaid so this was only for incidentals. Rude and should not be in business.

Negatives: Extremely unfriendly staff when checking out and mentioning that there was no hot water running in the shower of my.room. No "sorry" and no "we will take care of it". Just a face like "I do not care, so go to hell" Paying this amount of money for the stay and being treated like this. - Totally unacceptable. I recommend not staying there!.
