Positives:
The hotel room and conference rooms was fine but just did not expect so much danger in the area. While the hotel stay was good, I was worried too much to really feel comfortable. The time of stay has a lot to do with some of the issues below but still felt this was over-prices based on the area and the COVID19 circumstances.
Negatives:
The hotel is located on Mass Ave, right down the street from Meth mile and there are a lot of undesirable people hanging out in the parking lot and the area surrounding the property. There is also drug related uncertainty in the area do they bri g noise at night along e we other some security concerns getting to car parking lot and hotel. It was very disappointing to worry so much about safety of both vehicle and person so much. In addition there is human fecis all over the handicap parking lot.

I arrived very late at the hotel but the room was ready. It was very clean. TV has a lot of channels to choose from. The continental breakfast was excellent! Free parking was a big plus. The price is right and very easy to get around within the city if you drive. I am not sure any T line or bus running there.
Negatives:
My room was close to the main road at the second floor so there were noise but it didn't quite bother me (the hotel provided free earplugs anyway). Moreover, I must say the neighborhood is so-so but if you are only in and out like me, that should not be an issue. The parking lot can take about twenty cars the most. If you come back late, it might be full. I noticed that there were several vehicles parked there without the permit from the hotel.
