Staffs were not freindly. There was one staff, big white guy and suited up, he seems nice and polite at first, but when I had to translate what he said to my mom, who cannot speak English fluently, he seems annoyed and irritated, and gave us a nuance or an warning that we should not talk with each other while talking with him.
Same guy when we checked out. I wanted to pick up my bags stored in the hotel, he notified the staff in charge. I waitec for 15 min, starting to worry about the departure time, and asked again for my bags, he was so annoyed and even mad by my quetion. Well, as a hotel staff, he should be able to ease my worries and notified again. I even felt a bit offended, thinking it might be a racism against my family.

It was clean and tidy, and a good location for those who want to be close to the financial district of the city, but rather than being a quality of hotel, it was a rection desk with a load of rooms above it. There was little, if anything to indicate you were in a quality hotel, and the steep prices didn't refle.ct its meagre offerings. That said, there is a bar next door which is a little friendlier, and it was clean and presentable

They charge $100 deposit payable in advance to cover any breakages. Not sure what type of clientele they are accustomed to getting, but each to their own, I guess,
