Breakfast was extensive and delicious! Rooms were clean and comfortable. I'm not used to my hotel rooms having a stovetop and full fridge, very cool. Not that far a walk from the main Seaport drag.

Great experience. Busy hotel, still with that new car smell. It has hard-working staff, excellent facilities for the price and was great value.
Negatives:
Noise insulation in the hotel is not perfect (walls seem okay, but the doors let through sound), but it's always a challenge in an affordable hotel that might not have the most experienced hotel guests. Having a sign by the elevators asking people to be quite in the corridors during sleeping hours... maybe even dimming the lights a little at night in the corridors, might help. It's fundamentally a guest management issue.

The concierge was EXTREMELY rude. All other staff was very friendly besides the concierge. I came in very tired (was not being rude at ALL, just quiet), and the man working asked me why I was in a serious mood and that I should be happy because it was st patricks day. I told him I was just very tired and he said "Ok just wanted to check if you wanted to be happy today in a very snarky way. That is NOT good customer service.

Creative eco friendly atmosphere everywhere. They were even growing lettuce & other greens with compostable bags for guests to collect them in. Breakfasts were delicious & varied, indoor pool was great, staff was warm and helpful! The bed was a real joy to sleep in!

The property backs on a DHS facility. And parking was outside behind the hotel. They should have EV chargers available there.
