Positives:
Double queen room. Large, well appointed bathroom. Comfortable beds. Follow up contact from an employee of the Dagny named Edina was a nice touch. The valet parking attendant was also kind and efficient.
Negatives:
The miscellaneous charges and taxes made the price point for a one night, weekday stay a bit pricey.

Great location to public transit and main attractions. Very walkable to everything we wanted to see and many restaurants. Staff were all VERY helpful, the room and amenities were beautiful and comfortable. Would 10/10 stay again and recommend to friends and family!

The front desk staff and the bellmen were excellent. We had an unfortunate experience that took us to Mass General for 9 hours one evening until early morning. We were exhausted and not feeling well arriving back at the hotel and the staff took care to assure we were allowed a very late check out to accommodate us. It was a huge relief and greatly appreciated at a distressing time. Earlier in the day, the bellmen were incredibly friendly and gave us some great tips about places to visit and things to do in the area. Room was very clean and well maintained. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.
Negatives:
Arriving back from the hospital at 3:15am, we were starving. Not surprisingly, the kitchen was closed, but I was hoping they might have vending machines or at least little snacks to be purchased. We ended up DoorDashing food at 4am, so it turned out okay. I have no complaints about this hotel and would definitely stay again, but an opportunity to get snacks at odd hours would have been helpful.
