This AAA Four Diamond hotel is connected to Logan International Airport via a skybridge and is the only Boston hotel directly connected to Terminals A & E. Advertising showed it to be connected to airport but it is at least 20 mins walk from international terminal and a bus shuttle is needed from Terminal B. The 4am one was full so had to wait around fir the next one. No slippers, bathrobe, notepad/pen ... not my best Hilton Experience for $425 for an 8 hour stay

The property is a Hilton so obviously it’s decent.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the screaming lunatic at 4 o’clock in the morning, threatening to kill a bunch of us standing outside, waiting for the shuttle! When I brought it up to customer service, they gave me a bunch of points instead of refundingthe cost for my room. This is unacceptable as I have a heart condition and it was extremely traumatic.
