Morning staff helped out a great bit , I loved where the room was placed and that they got me in when I needed

There we no trash bags in the bathroom trash , the night staff and security was rude and just annoying I left early b4 my time to leave because of those reasons

Breakfast was terrible compare to Holiday Inn across from them. The only good thing was location but then again, parking

Same breakfast everyday. I had to beg for change of towels and when they do, it's only 1pcs for the next 2days for 2 people. Ripped blinds, ded light bulbs. They reused my bedsheets and never clean the floor nor bathroom. The television had very limited channels and very unfriendly tv remote The list goes on. I am very disappointed to think this is Hilton...SAD!

Several of the light bulbs in the lamps I wanted to use most were gone and I had to be changed to another room that also had missing lightbulbs, I asked housekeeping and no one ever came back with the lightbulbs
