The location and views were great. We were impressed with the room and cleanliness of the hotel.
Negatives:
I was disappointed with the breakfast and waitstaff who consistently missed parts of our order. It took 20 mins from when we were seated to when we got coffee with only 3 other tables filled. Also, $9 for a small glass of Tropicana orange juice is crazy.

Great location, super clean room, friendly staff.

Hotel employee was extremely nice, very friendly and courteous.

Bathroom needs remodeling, shower was Awful.

Really nice hotel room with a small balcony that overlooked Copley Square and Cambridge. Very comfortable. AND great location for a short walk to many different shops, restaurants, and Boston Common & Boston Public Gardens.

the handyman gave us more info than the front desk!

the coffee needs improvement - lobby coffee in morn was lukewarm, yuck - staff wasn't exactly helpful.

The staff were very incredible! I got there a few hours earlier then expected and they were able to get me in my room within minutes. And I had a nice little surprise on my birthday. The Front Desk team got me a bottle of champagne waiting for me!
