Old, run down, I was given a handicapped room which changed the bathroom in a negative way. Sub par towels and room items including bed. No restaurants and all with an outrageous price. Very let down

The conference I attended was held in this hotel, so the location was ideal.
Negatives:
Too many things to list. For example, the restaurant, bar and coffee shop were unavailable, being under reconstruction (I was informed of this by email the day before arrival, too late to cancel). So, I had to resort to room service -- terrible food served in paper bags and cardboard containers with plastic "silverware." Definitely not worth the price. On one occasion I had to cancel my breakfast order having waited well over an hour to have it delivered. There was no business center in the hotel, and I could not have even one page printed out by the staff. True, there is a shopping center adjoining the hotel offering various facilities and open during business hours, but it did not always suit me to go outside. In short, the hotel has zero appeal and I will avoid it in the future.

Overpriced. Short on standard services...
Positives:
The room was well appointed, I appreciated that the room still had a bath tub. The bed was comfortable. Bottled water in the room is nice. Most importantly the staff was friendly and responsive.

Clocks in rooms! Put pocket doors on the bathrooms, they are tiny.
