It was a very nice room.
Negatives:
Some of the staff weren’t friendly. And I was asked when confirming the reservation if there was a special occasion. I told them my birthday was the day I checked in. There wasn’t any kind of gift or concession.

It’s not at all a five star property. And anybody can go in the morning to breakfast area to see that the property has no interest in hosting its guests.

The one-way small and congested street makes it very difficult for drivers. Also, the Ritz has a lot of nerve-charging guests for wifi use.
